• Advertising of your goods or services on State I'm in without permission is not permitted.
• You are responsible, and thus accept all risk and liability, for any data or other information that you post on the State I'm in service.
• You retain copyright and full ownership of any data that you post on State I'm in.
• The State I'm in service is provided as is. There is no warranty on the service that State I'm in provides, and you use it at your own risk.

Conditions

• We reserve the right to modify or terminate the State I'm in service (or any part thereof) for any reason, with or without notice at any time.
• We reserve the right to alter these Terms of Service at any time.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
• We reserve the right to suspend or remove any accounts or user-submitted data that we determine to be in violation these Terms of Service, or for any other situation that we deem reasonably necessary.
